Lukewarm No More! Mark Cahill (Rev 3:14-22) - April 6th

We will be watching Mark Cahill's sermon "Lukewarm No More!" Mark will be working through Rev 3: 14-22 which deals with the Laodicea church.

Mark Cahill has a business degree from Auburn University, where he was an honorable mention Academic All-American in basketball. After spending a few years in the business world, he surrendered his heart to Jesus Christ and asked God to place him where he could touch as many lives as possible. Within a year, he was teaching school. Although Mark planned to teach for the rest of his life, God moved him from teaching at a Christian high school to devoting a year to full-time evangelism. He then embarked on a speaking career. Mark speaks to over 25,000 people per year at churches, retreats, conferences, camps, etc., equipping and challenging the saved to go out and reach the lost. As one of his students noted, he's still teaching, but in a much bigger classroom.

His true vocation is witnessing, whether at malls, music and art festivals, beaches, sporting events, bar sections of towns—wherever the lost can be found. Mark is the author of One Thing You Can’t Do in Heaven which has been translated into Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Romanian and is being translated into Nepalese, and One Heartbeat Away. Mark lives in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

The Supremacy of Christ and Truth in a Postmodern World - March 2nd

As I was planning our next study the Lord seemed (as he always does) to drop this message in my lap at the right time. We will be watching another powerful message from our brother Voddie Baucham. This message is on "The Supremacy of Christ and Truth in a Postmodern World". He will be preaching out of Colossians 1:15.

After seeing the presidents speech last night this message is so relevant right now. The best thing about the bible is that this message is relevant at any time.

Why I Choose to Believe the Bible - Monday Feb 16th

What an awesome time we had on Monday. Bellow are the video clips from our gathering on February 16th. The topic was the "Why I Choose to Believe the Bible"! We really have to make sure we understand that the Bible is a solid rock we can stand on. It is true and reliable!

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work. - 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Conversion - Monday Feb 2nd

In our next study we will be discussing conversion. The video is the follow up to Ray Comfort's message we saw last week. The message is called "True and False Conversion" This teaching is foundational, and goes hand in hand with Hell's Best Kept Secret. It is very important that you understand it, as it will have great bearing on how you spend your time, and how you share the principles of God's Word. If you have ever wondered why so much of the Church looks and acts just like the world, you will love this message.

This link will take you to the handout we will be using.

Evangelism - Monday Jan 19th

Hello Men,

On January 19th we will be looking at "evangelism". We will watch a sermon called "Hells Best Kept Secret" by Ray Comfort. Below are some question to ask your self. keeping in mind our last discussion of the Gospel because it is very important when talking about evangelism.

Do you evangelize (share your faith)?
How do you evangelize?
Is their a wrong way and a right way to evangelize?
Who, Why, Where, and When should we evangelize?

Matthew 28:19 - Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

Mark 16:15 - And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.
